So after seeing the reunion show, is the beef between Kim and everybody else real? Lisa's hubby Ed says yes. I would agree with Ed. If it wasn't real, it just got really real.
Poor Kim is like the punching bag of the show. She's the stepchild...I almost feel sorry for her, but I don't. She put herself in that predicament.
NeNe's haircut was real cute. On the show, she seemed to be the breakout star, but I don't know. Lisa may have stolen the spotlight.
Lisa is a 'G'! (that's gangsta for those who don't know)
DeShawn is invisible. I think they should replace her with Frankie (Keisha Cole's mom). That would be hot!
Sheree is a mess. So beautiful on the outside, but her personality is a huge turnoff. No wonder she's single.
So, Kim's Barbie wig is to cover up cancer? Oh, okay. I'll give Kim a pass for the "hang out and eat chicken" comment. It was a barbeque. Chicken is generally on the menu. No foul with me. Sometimes we can be too sensitive.

Okay, the interview below that Ed did with Essence.com has been out for a minute, but I just decided to post some excerpts. Honestly, my real motivation for posting the interview was so I would have an excuse to post this video clip from the show of Ed modeling a speedo. His body is CRAZY!
On the TV drama between Lisa and Kim:
It's not staged. Unfortunately, it's as real as it gets. It's not staged. I think it's crazy because a lot of things that they are saying are lies. Did Lisa make a phone call to Kim? Yes. Did she threaten her life? No. [The ladies] are taking it way too far but eventually the truth will come out because there are only so many lies that you can continue to tell other people [before] they start mistrusting you, and after a while you lie so much you begin to forget your own lies, which has been happening. In the end, you ruin yourself and your reputation. It's all catty. I know Lisa doesn't do drama either, but she got dragged into it because she's human and was offended.
On drama with Lisa's ex Keith Sweat:
Me and my sons have a great relationship. I tell everyone I have three sons. They call me dad; I never say my stepkids, they are my sons. [Does he have a good relationship with Keith Sweat] Not at all. The reason is because [when I started dating] Lisa there was a lot that I had to stop from happening. I had to lay down the law, man to man.

Okay, I'm doing a little research on Lisa and it appears that her career is completely legit (unlike Concubine Kim) and she is doing big thangs! We all know the reality tv game is strictly for exposure. At least this chick has something worthwhile to expose. Here's an excerpt from her bio:
The play "Change Is Gonna Come" was written and produced by Hartwell and directed by a then, little known director named Tyler Perry. The UPN show, "The Industry" soon followed with a two-year run along with the movie "Black Ball", which she wrote, produced, and starred in.

All over his myspace page, Dallas Austin has posted that he is NOT producing an album or working with Kim Zolciak. He says that was all for TV.
I just thought I'd pass it along to Kim's adoring stans out there. Don't worry, I heard they were adding her song to the Rockstar Barbie compliation CD and that she would be a guest judge on next season's American Idol.
Okay, I made that up...just trying to give her some hope for a future. Kim, go sit down!
On her breakup with Big Poppa: it's officially over. I called off my engagement and I'm officially single. People have speculated that it's this Lee guy (Lee Najjar) to Quincy Jones to David Foster to Dallas Austin. It's just unbelievable. Big Poppa has been my best friend for three years and I think he's a great person but I need to go find Kim and what makes Kim happy and chase my dreams. I want someone who is supportive of me and my dreams and not add tension to my life. I want to focus on my children, finish my album and not worry about what makes everyone else happy.
On her singing and other "career opportunities": My first song, "Tight Rope," will be out the first week in January, but I'm not sure when the album will be coming out. It definitely applies to my life, but after seeing that footage on the show where it looks like I can't sing! I guess it makes for good television but it looked awful to me. People will just have to wait for my album to see the deal. I'm in talks to be on the cover of Playboy and possibly on the cover of Maxim.
On finding out about NeNe's song in the limo: Lisa is running around saying she didn't say anything but that's how I found out. DeShawn is not into gossip. She's sweet and I really like her. She's just this even-keeled person. Lisa is still trying to deny that she told me, but I have phone records that prove that I spoke to her. She's been saying, oh, I never talked to you that day and I was like, damn, bitch, here's the phone record. This whole deal is nothing but drama.
On being Black: People always say, "You sure your dad's not Black?"- because I got a pretty round booty.
Kim, if you're wondering what that buzzing noise is...it's the alarm clock. Your 15 minutes are up. Now go sit down, and give Barbie her hair back.

Lisa confronted Kim and Sheree about not showing up at DeShawn's sunset barbeque and both admitted that they didn't show up because they didn't want to be around NeNe. Lisa proposed hosting another 'bury the hatchet' event and Kim and Sheree agreed to come.
Eric Snow (DeShawn's husband) is planning to retire from the NBA after 13 seasons. They sit and sort through his options. *yawn*
Dallas Austin gives Kim the hardcore truth about her potential (or LACK THEREOF) for a singing career. She still doesn't get it. Her daughters convince her to stop smoking. She finally agrees since her voice is a "God-given passion and she has to take care of it." LMAO!
Sheree uses her "connections" to get in contact with Mychael Knight (Project Runway) to try to get her clothing line off the ground (LOL! uh Sheree, Project Runway is on the same network. The only "connection" you needed was for the producer to pick up the phone and call him). When they met, he told her she needed to study textiles. She didn't even choose the fabrics...she left it up to the seamstress to do! He really broke it down and told her the truth about being more hands-on.
NeNe writes Curtis a handwritten letter (on notebook paper with big block letters like 8th grade girls) letting him know that he's not her father, but she still values him and she's moving on.
Lisa and Ed talk about the lifestyle change with him going to the Oakland Raiders. She's being a punk about it. Not very supportive at all. I understand her fears, but come on...she married a professional football player. Get over it.
Lisa tries to teach DeShawn how to cook. The chef reveals that Mrs. Snow hasn't cooked in over 10 years (yeah, me neither...lol!). During the cooking session, they discussed their husbands' careers and cutting back on expenses, like having one Mercedes instead of two. *yawn*
Lisa throws a surprise birthday/signing party for Ed at Ludacris' new restaurant. Lisa gets NeNe and Sheree to pose for a picture in hopes that it would break the silence between them. Didn't work.
NeNe buys her son Brice a car for graduation. He chose a $42,000 Ford truck and NeNe will pay for his gas. Wow.
Just let me throw this in. Bob Whitfield has some strong a*$ genes. Sheree's kids look NOTHING like her. Nothing.
Okay, the 'bury the hatchet dinner was crazy awkward. Finally Lisa kicks off the convo and asks everyone to open up. Of course you can count on NeNe to keep it real and confront Kim and ask what her problem is. Kim didn't have anything to say. Greg chimed in and gave them all a lecture on being real with themselves and not let the voices (and cameras) divide the true friendships. In the end, Kim and NeNe decided they would sit down and have a conversation in the future.
Okay, you don't want to miss the reunion show next Tuesday the 25th at 9/8c on Bravo. There's gonna be some southern fried DRAMA! I can't wait to see that mess.
Well, we already see who the breakout stars are of the real Housewives of Atlanta. NeNe Leakes and her gay husband, Dwight Eubanks. Word has it that NeNe's confidant and fabulous boyfriend has his own reality show coming out. Dwight proclaimed in one of the Real Housewives of ATL episodes that he was 50 years old and that his secret to staying so youthful is having sex three times a day. Yes indeed. Then he proceeded to show off the french pedicure that he had just gotten.
One thing I can say about Dwight is his advice to NeNe during the course of the show has been on point! That diva knows what she's talking about...lol! I totally agree with some of his stylists...Dwight is very extra. If this reality show happens, it's gonna be like nothing we've ever seen before...I promise.

On the charity event that didn’t raise $1 million: “On the show, it made it seem like I lost money, but we actually broke even in the end. I could have planned more. I could have charged at the door. The auction was awful. That’s all they showed. But the party went great. More than 400 people learned about the foundation.”
On NeNe: “NeNe and I were very close during and after the taping. They didn’t show much of that. I respect her. She’ll say what she thinks to your face, not behind your back. I don’t hang out much with the other girls [except for the show].”
On the newfound fame: “I eat it up. I love the glitz and glamour and people recognizing me. It’s all exciting.”

On NeNe: “We weren’t friends going in. I didn’t have a lot of interaction with her on camera.”
On NeNe’s mockery of Kim: “It was very mean. … You’re responsible for what you say, whether you’re drunk, high or sober.”

I love it when they call me Big Poppa. Well, according to Kim, that's the only name she can call her mystery man...in front of the cameras anyway. There's some speculation as to BP's identity. Some speculate that it's music legend Quincy Jones. TV mogul Ted Turner's name has been tossed around. The majority seems to think that he's real estate developer Lee Najjar. According to recent gossip blogs, the only catch is Lee Najjar is a married real estate developer, who also has a son on television. His son Jared is on The Hills, as Brody Jenner’s friend.
Kim has recently disclosed to Essence.com that she and BP are having issues:
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak spoke with ESSENCE.com this week to confirm that she and secret boyfriend otherwise known as Big Poppa were going through some problems. While Kim admits that her mystery guy is in the midst of a divorce, she also says that she and Big Poppa are currently taking time off from one another. "We're on an off right now. The show has definitely taken a toll on our relationship too so we will see what happens. We're still engaged but the footage, the gossip, the show, the rumors are all the reasons why I didn't have him on the show. It was completely my decision and it had nothing to do with him being married."
That synthetic hair must be suffocating her brain. You're not engaged to someone who's married, silly girl..."I'm going thru a divorce" is the oldest line in the book. You're a concubine. I sure hope Big Poppa doesn't cut you off. If you miss the next botox shot, everyone might see that you're not 29.
Karate-kid Lisa and Concubine Kim are beefing. On the show, Lisa seems to be the most rational one. She's the only one who seemed to be a legitimate career woman, while the others were beneficiaries of their husbands' careers. I don't have anything against that...I'm just sayin.
Anyway, Kim, the aspiring country music singer and Barbie doll hair lab test dummy contacted TMZ.com alleging that Lisa threatened to kill her.
Here's Lisa's statement to Essence.com about the whole mess:
"Never would I threaten to kill anyone. Kim made a very heinous statement about me. She said I was a crack whore [Zolciak denies making this statement.] and that's the reason I don't have my kids [Justin and Jason]. Not only did she lie and insult me, but she insulted my children and my integrity. I have never done drugs in my life. I am a businesswoman. "

DeShawn Snow and her husband, Eric, captain of the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers, recently moved into their dream home in Alpharetta, Georgia. A mother to three boys: 9-year-old EJ, 6-year-old Darius and 5-year-old Jarren, Snow is an active member of the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church (Bishop Eddie Long) and runs the DeShawn Snow Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on improving self-esteem in teenage girls.
